CHECK IN: Guests are greeted by property manager upon arrival and departure.

ENERGY: As part of our approach to conserve energy, we turn off LIGHTS and AIR-CONDITIONING when you are out of the apartment. We highly appreciate it. PLEASE conserve as energy costs in Jamaica are high. Help us stay competitive with our rates.

PLEASE NO SMOKING & NO PETS in the house please. Smoking fine is $200USD and Litter fee $100USD for garbage left outside of designated garbage bins. Smoking allowed on outdoor patio with the doors and windows closed.

MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS: There is a $50USD charge for EACH missing or damaged item. We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know if anything was broken or damaged during your stay so that we me may consider waiving this fee.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbours from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. We also ask that you take loud conversation inside during these hours.

ACCESS TO PREMISES: The owner reserves the right to enter the residence at reasonable times with notice to make necessary repairs or supply services.

DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS, GUESTS OR THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY: The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves or to others whom they invite to the premises, which arises from their use of the premises.

CHECKING OUT: Check out is before 11am unless prior arrangements have been made. Please place all used towels in laundry room.

VISITORS: - No unregistered guests for overnight stays

LONG STAYS: For stays longer than 7 days a mandatory free cleaning will be done on the 7th day and every 7 days after that for the duration of your stay.

NOTE: This home is "self-catering" meaning that guests bring what is needed with the EXCEPTION of the items mentioned in the listing. Items such as toilet paper and bathing soap will be available but may not be provided to last for entire stay.

Please remember this is our home. Guests agree to leave the home in the SAME CONDITION as arrival, besides things addressed in a usual cleaning of the home after your departure. Adhering to these requests will ensure that no charges are applied to the agreed security deposit We appreciate you respecting the home and our rules, and please communicate openly with us and we will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable, productive and enjoyable.
