Villa Caribbean Dawn is a charming and character-full Villa. It is light and spacious with high vaulted ceilings. The large living and entertainment area is an ideal space for family and friends to feel comfortable and just relax. It was built in the late 50’s but has been completely renovated and updated for contemporary living.

The lounge is large with several seating area. It has cable television, a music system and a games area where you can shoot some pool, take in a card game or dominoes, or play some chess.

Caribbean Dawn sits in three-quarters of an acre of fruited tropical gardens and comes with a housekeeper and gardener. The garden provides some nice shady areas where you can chill out and enjoy a cool drink. Perhaps, some Coconut water from one of our trees.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which include 2 Master bedrooms:

The Bamboo master is a large room with A/C, a smart TV, a private kitchenette and en-suite shower room. This room gives direct access to the Patio where you may want to enjoy breakfast.

The Mahogany master is a large room with A/C, a smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and walk-n closet. This room has direct access to a pretty courtyard garden.

The whole villa can be rented to accommodate larger groups but each of the Master’s Bedroom can be rented for 2 people to share and breakfast is included. Both Master bedrooms have full use of the entire villa and gardens.

Our lovely villa is located in a secure gated community of luxury resort villas. It has a beautiful private beach, a restaurant and bar, a Gym and a Gift Shop. The vista from the beach is amazing. Your gaze can follow the curve of the bay all the way down to the cruise ship pier in Ocho Rios. (Take a look at the photo that my husband took). The beach is protected by a coral reef just a few strokes from shore. It’s great for the kids and adults alike

Policies

Cancellation policy

• 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

If you have upcoming trips, you can manage or cancel your booking in your guest account.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
