Sea Dream House is a brand new house, of over 4000 square feet with 5 spacious bedrooms, ideal for family and friends get-togethers. Situated on the edge of Dunmore Town with a view of incredible sunsets from the large deck and second floor wrap around balcony. We are minutes from the harbour and ocean beach and easy walking distance to the town.

With a large common living/kitchen area for get-together meals and fun, it also offers privacy for those quiet times we long for on vacation. We have hosted international guests for get-togethers and wedding guests who want to share their island vacation as well as many families who want to vacation in the Bahamas. With a large full gourmet kitchen, you can cook yourself or hire a local cook for stay-in meals . Island Real Estate is pleased to offer our clients the casual easy living of Sea Dream House.

Additional rules

Additional guests are NOT permitted and neither are guests not registered at the time of booking. Please note that this is a rule that we STRICTLY enforce for your safety and ours as well as for future guests.

If you are using the air-conditioners, please remember to close all doors and windows  whilst the ac is on (otherwise it is not effective). 

Remember  to turn the units off when you leave the apartment, this is a house rule. Not only is this environmentally friendly, but it helps us maintain a reasonable rate

We don't have a big list of house rules. We have lovingly refinished Sea Dream House and all we ask is that you leave it in the condition you find it and be considerate to our neighbours.

Please no parties or gatherings  and no pets.  A couple of housekeeping details,NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE APARTMENT or on the balcony or patio.  There is a designated area in the garden for smokers.  No aloe - as you may be aware aloe causes permanent stains.   Please do not sit on the furniture when you're  wet and sandy as this will damage the fabrics.

Cleaning fee-$50.00 per clean.  Obligatory clean is required once per week which includes change of bed linen as well as bath & beach towels.
