About this space

Located in the centre of New Kingston, this first floor spacious two-bedroom apartment located in a new complex can meet all of your vacation stay needs. It’s 2BR, 2.5BTH luxury apartment located directly across the street from the newly constructed AC Marriott hotel (now with a Starbucks Coffee) and business centre. Our apartment is just a 30 minutes’ drive from Norman Manley Airport and resides in the just newly completed Hamptons at Fairway complex right in the centre of New Kingston. It’s a 4 minutes’ drive from the Bob Marley Museum and close to a wide array of restaurants, bars, attractions and night life activities. You’ll have a pool and two luxurious bed rooms, both with their own full bathroom, TV and AC. You also have a living room w/ (AC recently installed),TV, adjoining an open concept full kitchen and washer & dryer. During your stay you’ll have access to free parking, (elevator which goes from garage to each floor), free internet, cable TV, and an excellent view of Kingston.

Note that we also offer Airport/Pickup and Drop-off service as well as tours of the island for reasonable prices. So do inquire about both or either service should you need them.

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1
En suite Master Bedroom with King bed, AC , TV and private bathroom complete with full granite encased shower. Also contains a very nice sized walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2
Second Bedroom contains a queen size bed, AC and TV and private bathroom.


LIVING ROOM
The living room is very spacious and has a (large newly installed AC), a TV and as well as access to an outdoor balcony.

KITCHEN AND INDOOR DINING
Fully operational full room kitchen with modern appliances (and cookware) and vast amounts of space to prepare meals and snacks.

The Dining space is adjacent to the kitchen and between the living room.

Pool Details

• Pool safety requires kids under the age of 16 to be supervised by an adult.

NOTE: For travelers bringing infants/elderly/disabled persons there is an elevator on the garage level which goes to every floor. So if traveling with any of the aforementioned you can simply pull into the garage and take the elevator as opposed to traversing the stairs. Our apartment is on the ground floor but there are about 5 or 6 steps to traverse to get to the building door itself.

NOTE: The included cleaning fee is for us to clean the apartment after you've left. Housekeeping "DURING" your stay is provided for an additional cost of $60USD per housekeeping visit (if a full mid stay cleaning is desired). You can always ask for additional bath towels/hand towels/wash rags free of charge.

NOTE:

1) PARTIES AND SMOKING (of any kind) ARE NOT ALLOWED AND ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING YOUR RESERVATION CANCELED WITH NO REFUND.

2) This complex also houses permanent residents and families so please be respectful and considerate in regards to noise levels while on the grounds, in your apartment and in the common areas. If playing music in your apartment please keep your music to moderate levels.

This apartment is located less than 5 minutes drive from the Bob Marley museum, Devon House Ice cream As well as over 14 restaurants and nightlife all within 5 to15 minutes walking. Once you reserve the apartment I’ll be sending you a list of all of the restaurants and night life activities within the area.
