Piña Blanca is a SOLAR POWERED home so on an island where there are power outages you'll have reliable power. 

Since power outages are common in Puerto Rico, the property has solar panels and batteries back up that cover the whole house, but anything can happen when the power goes out; for that reason, we are not responsible if the house loses power.

Piña Blanca is located in a safe residential neighborhood and is within walking distance to a semi-private beach, restaurants and cafes. It's also a short drive to Kiteboarding, to the town of Condado, Viejo San Juan & El Yunque. 

Piña Blanca is a great place to spend time with your family and friends, not only because of it's proximity to the beach and restaurants, but also because you can enjoy each other's company as you play games indoors or outdoors. We supply beach towels, a rolling cooler, swim boards, goggles, flippers, paddle boards, balls, and lots more.

After your long day at the beach you can relax and watch TV together or sit at the dining table and get some work done.

Waiting for you inside is stylish rattan furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The covered porch beckons you to unwind, making it the perfect spot to meditate or savor your morning coffee.

Step inside where the living room boasts a Smart TV for your entertainment, while high-speed internet ensures seamless connectivity. The spacious dining area is ideal for you to share meals and laughter, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) makes it easy for you to prepare a meal or heat up leftovers.

As you retire to the bedrooms you'll notice that two bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds and the other bedroom has two roomy full beds perfect if you are bringing kids along. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant night's sleep, and comfy robes and slippers are provided for each guest, adding an extra touch of comfort to your stay. The laundry facilities add convenience, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your time exploring the wonders of Puerto Rico.

As I mentioned our home is also equipped with an array of games & toys to enhance your leisure moments. The private garage adds an extra layer of convenience, ensuring that your exploration of the vibrant surroundings is stress-free.

Venture just a six-minute stroll from our doorstep, and you'll find yourself at a semi-private cove beach. This hidden gem offers tranquility and serenity away from the bustling crowds, allowing you to soak in the sun and savor the gentle lull of the waves. The beach is perfect for snorkeling.

A small endangered Coastal Forest nearby adds a touch of nature to your stay, offering a harmonious connection with the environment. And on your way to the beach you'll find a historic skate park!
