This 3-bedroom villa comes fully equipped with all the necessities required by all guests, such as: AC in all the bedrooms; ceiling fans in the bedrooms and sitting area; FREE WiFi accessible throughout the property; cable TV in the lounge, bed lines, towels (except wash rags) and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils are provided. The community boast a communal pool, gym, kiddies park and a perfect ambience for early morning or late evening jogging.

Sea Breeze Villa is located in Coolshade - Richmond and comfortably sleeps up-to 6 guests. The property is located in the gated community of Richmond Estates in Priory on the scenic North Coast of Jamaica, just 50 minutes from Montego Bay and 15 minutes outside of Ocho Rios.
Housekeeping services, Cooked meals and other personal services are available at an additional cost.
Staying at this luxurious villa, you will have full and free access to Richmond's private beach club only 5 minutes drive away. Onsite, you will also have free access to the Clubhouse with an Infinity swimming pool, gym, ping-pong and pool tables, in addition to a nearby children’s playground.
A Supermarket with deli, pharmacy and liquor store are all located on Richmond Estates and only 8 minutes' walk from the Villa.

Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College (85km)
Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College began operations on September 29, 1975, as Granville Teachers’ College, as it was initially called. The institution was built under a joint venture of the Government of Jamaica and the World Bank and on its opening, admitted 150 students, 39 of whom were male. The college is located in Granville, St. James, approximately six kilometres from the centre of Montego Bay. Built on a hill amidst the communities of Granville, Irwin, Tucker, Pitfour and Retirement, the college, was envisioned as a catalyst of community and human development. Its main mission was to increase access to and provide opportunities in education at the tertiary level, thereby improving the quality of life of its constituents.

St Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital is in the north-east health district of Jamaica and has been steadily upgrading its facilities throughout the last few years. The hospital is currently classified as a Type B hospital under the Jamaican healthcare system, but it is working toward Type A status.

Outside the capital, the public transport services aren’t as regular, or fancy. Most of us islanders use the buses, minibuses, and route taxis to get around and we’d love for you to join us! For traveling between towns, minibuses are the way to go, and certainly make for an interesting experience. Along the way, you will see – and hear – the real Jamaica. But prepare to compete for a seat with luggage of varying sizes and contents. On longer trips, passengers almost become a community; somehow the shared experience of being so close to a complete stranger may create an unspoken bond. Each town had a designated bus park, and although the destination stands are rarely marked, the conductor will find you. Keep your luggage close to you and be sure to check fares and destination with the driver before you board. A “route taxi” has a designated course, pick-up, and drop-off zones. They are the cheapest and fastest way to get from place to place, and always one just around the corner. Just stick out your hand, and wave.
