This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3rd floor deluxe penthouse has breath-taking views of the sparkling clear waters of an aqua Caribbean Sea. This condo can sleep 8 persons comfortably. The master suite and the 2nd bedroom have plush king beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins with trundles. The Master bedroom has a stunning view of the ocean and its own access to the spacious patio.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms overlook the lush landscaping of the little lake and pool area. The kitchen is an open concept that flows right into the dining and living room area where you can rejoice in the stunning view over the soft white sand and vast ocean. From here you can step out to the comfortably furnished screened-in patio to enjoy a relaxing coffee or delicious sunset cocktail.

On the land side, you’ll enjoy exploring a beautifully landscaped lake where you may spot a few tropical birds flying or swimming about, an extensive pool area with ample lounge chairs and cabanas to lay in after a day at the beach, a grill to cook a mouth-watering meal and a tennis court for a fun time with family or friends.

And of course, you also have direct access to the famous Seven Mile Beach, with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and excellent snorkelling. Lovely Laguna Del Mar is almost directly across the way and within easy walking distance to many shopping malls, a large variety of excellent restaurants, as well as the popular new town of Camana Bay.
