About this space

Upscale Modern Villa located on the north coast. Our Villa is located in the newly constructed Marina Villas Complex within Drax Hall Estates. A 90 minute drive from either MoBay or Kingston Airports. You’ll have an upscale Italian Restuarant right on site and you’re also located 10 minutes from the center of Ochi Rios with numerous amenities, restaurants and shopping. The villa itself has a pool w/lounge area, gym, private beach, tennis courts, half court basketball and lastly, the community also has 24/7 security.

Pool Details
• No lifeguard on duty
• The pool is not heated
• Pool cleaned every Wednesday
• Pool safety requires kids under the age of 16 to be supervised by an adult.

Guest access

The whole apartment is for you to enjoy!

Please note that once you arrive you need to approach the security desk which is operated 24/7. You will have to present a valid ID (License or Passport) and will then be directed to the Villa where you can use the smart lock to enter the provided access code.

Other things to note

NOTE:

We have a brand new large 10 seater van (that you can see in the pictures) that can be rented per day (w/driver if needed) and also again the Knutsford express bus is right down the street from the community if you’d rather seek out public transportation.

NOTE:
Also inquire about our chef/culinary package for an extra $30 per day per person (for 3 meals per day) for 4 persons on less (So 4 persons would be $120 per day)

Or a flat fee for 5 - 8 persons of $160 USD per day (FOR 3 meals per day).

NOTE: Guests are required to purchase all of the groceries that will be used to prepare the meals

NOTE: The complex also has tennis courts and a basketball court. And Again a very nice Italian Restuarant is right outside the security post gate within the same complex.

NOTE: The included cleaning fee is for us to clean the apartment after you've left. Housekeeping "DURING" your stay (for a full cleaning) is provided for an additional cost of $150 per housekeeping visit.
If you simply need Extra Towels/wash rags provided during your stay then these are provided free of charge.

After exiting your secured community you’re only a 10 minute drive from downtown Ochi with tons of shops and restuarant’s to choose from. The famous Scothie’s Jerk Chicken is right down the street from you as well. Note that you also have a high end Italian restaurant within the complex called “Bettino’s Italian” The Knutford Bus stop is also right down the street from the community.
