"Absolutely Shore" consists of one modern open space concept Villa of 2500 square foot facing the water and one 442 square foot Studio accommodating a maximum of 12 people.
Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Mid-week cleaning (with a minimum of 5 nights stay), Free parking, Room and Pool towels, Umbrellas are all included in your fees. Extra cleaning available upon request for an extra charge.
Aqua Divina property is located on waterfront with breath-taking view in the prestigious gated Leeward Community.
For your enjoyment, the outdoor facilities include pool, chaise lounges with side tables, patio conversation sets, shades, umbrellas, towels, BBQ and dining area.
From our large dock, the guest have access to unlimited use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards FREE of charge. Jet skis, electric bikes and boat tours are available for rental!
Aqua Divina is only about 2 minutes’ drive from the beautiful Sunset Beach as well just minutes away from Grace Bay Beach and the Grace Bay Shopping Centre that includes shopping, banks, grocery, restaurants etc.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Free cancellation deadlines are in the property's time zone.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
