Each bedroom comes equipped with a separate entry for privacy, a private balcony and enjoy perfect placement to take advantage of the famous local trade winds. And sunsets. Additionally, both brightly coloured junior suites have their own walk-in showers bathrooms. The entertainment centre, there is a DVD library available for your use, as well as a 55” TV with surround sound provided in the great room. All rooms have new A/C, units, fans a TV/DVD system, and Direct TV and wireless Internet are included. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a brand-new dishwasher. Every room at Villa Tropidero has great sun, vibrant colours, and charming Caribbean artwork.

After enjoying the interior of Villa Tropidero, make your way outside, past the double hammocks hanging for in the cool breezeway with fans and colourful artwork .You will find your own private pool and barbeque, as well as newly sculpted lush, tropical landscaping. Beyond the pool, work your way down to your own private palapas on the beach! Villa Tropidero has all the privacy you need plus your own beach complete kayaks and lounge chairs.

The private beach is also a perfect starting point for a day in the ocean. swim, snorkel, bonefish, kayak, wakeboard, windsurf and paddle board.

Policies

• 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

• Check out before 10:30 AM

• Maximum overnight guests: 6 (HOLIDAY BOOKINGS ARE NON REFEUNDABLE)
• Minimum age to rent: 25 (Driver's license or passport to confirm age limit)

• Children allowed: ages 3-12 (CHILDREN MUST BE 8 OR OLDER)
• No pets allowed

• No events allowed (Quiet hours before 8 am and after 10 PM)
• No smoking allowed (Absolutely no smoking)

No refunds for noise from construction, as this island is growing.

Broken, lost or damaged items must be reported to property manager or homeowner within 24 hours.

Extra people showing up without being part of the reserved guests will be asked to find other accommodations.
