The seven-bedroom suites each have en-suite luxury bathrooms, six have king-size beds and the seventh has 2 full-size beds.
The villa is eco-conscious, powered entirely from solar energy by day and Tesla technology in the evenings. All appliances have been chosen with this energy-saving philosophy in mind. Bella Vita is powered by an AI home system that makes Villa Bella Vita unique in St. Maarten.
The villa is conveniently located close to restaurants and nightlife and provides a dedicated onsite concierge to take advantage of the many activities that the island has to offer.
