INTERACTION WITH GUEST

Some folks just want to be left alone to enjoy it all and we assume that is what most guests require, but I will be just a phone call away to take care of any concerns my guest may have, including getting around the city, recommending the best restaurant and bars or something as simple as finding a really pleasant and reliable taxi driver. If not, I will check in from time to time to see if everything is fine.

Q - Is this a shared facility?

A - Our guest never share facility. You will have the entire apartment.

I purchased this property 11 years ago and did a mass renovation in 2015 to meet the needs of our guest. I got tired of the Pegasus and Hilton hotel rooms. We are travellers and my 3 years old daughter is my new travel companion. I grew up and resides in (Broward County) South Florida. I purchased this property because of the peaceful, secure, tranquil neighbourhood. We are easy going people who love to do business with simple easy to please folks.
